辰巳氏の蒸留する複雑なジンを、繊細に味わい、そして身体全体で深く感じるために坐ります。辰巳氏のジンは、まるで魔法使いが釜で煮た魔法の液体のよう。そこに込められた物語とともに摂取し、味や香りはもとより、その液体が自分の身体と意識にどのように作用するかを、坐禅をしながら詳細に観察する時間です。

As you ingest this spirit along with its story, you will carefully observe not only its taste and aroma, but also how the liquid interacts with your body and consciousness, all while in zazen.
